Burst of Water and Light

I was trying to capture the blue bubble effect made by the underwater blue light in my pool at night. However, I think the shutter speed is to slow for the camera to capture the bubbles I made by plunging my hand forcefully into the water. Though it seemed to create an even weirder effect than the one I was trying to achieve.
